REFUND & RETURN POLICY — THE BRUME

Because all THE BRUME products are made-to-order through Print-On-Demand partners, our policies differ from traditional retail.

 

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Color differences due to screen displays

Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

 

 

 

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 7 days:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.

 

 

 

3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We cannot refund or replace packages that are:

 

  • Lost by the carrier
  • Marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Delayed in transit
  • Stolen

Customers must file a claim directly with USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

 

 

 

 

4. Incorrect Addresses

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:

 

  • THE BRUME is not responsible
  • Refunds are not available
  • Reshipping fees must be paid by the customer

5. Cancellations

 

 

 

 

 

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Cancellation is only possible within 1 hour of ordering (and not guaranteed).
